AGAPI Care celebrated its collective achievements for the challenging year of 2020 in a special n night out attended by staff, volunteers, the Committee of Management and the organisation’s supportive sponsors.
The celebrations and award ceremony took place on 11 December 2020 at the Achilles Tavern in Malvern East.
AGAPI Care congratulated and awarded the following staff members:
- Ange Pilipasidis – Employee of the Year.
- Harmandeep Ratoul – Employee of the Year for North East Metropolitan Region.
- Wilson Mutai – Employee of the Year for Inner East South Region.
The Improvement Awards were presented to:
- Rupinder Kaur and Yanti Tanto Michael Iheukwemere and Nicole Bourke – for North East Metropolitan Region.
- Edwin Saiya and Angela Mitango – for Inner East South Region.

Another proud announcement on the night was that for the second year in a row, AGAPI Care Inc has been presented with the APAC Business Award for “The Most Trusted Disability Service Provider in Victoria”.
Meanwhile, Commonwealth Bank of Australia – Northcote Branch also supported AGAPI Care for the second consecutive year as part of their Community Donation program. Their generous donation will be used for client outings during the holidays.
