Greek director Konstantina Palli is calling for funding to make her first film Least come to life.

Centred on the effect of isolation and economic unsurity, the movie follows a young woman who struggles to find her place in a world that is changing dramatically.

She is unemployed, friendless, homeless and stares into an uncertain future.

Ms Palli says “the movie Least is the result of our need to talk about the crisis and the way we are experiencing it in our country”.

The independent film is self funded at the moment, and Ms Palli just recently started a indiegogo.com campaign to raise extra funds.

Their goal is to raise 8,500 euros in the next month to cover post prodution. A 200 euro donation will make that person an associate producer of the film and they will get a free DVD once the film is made.

Most crew and cast members have been working for free, struggling themselves to find permanent or paid work.
