Dian Gatti has been appointed Head of Retail Banking, the Bank of Sydney announced last week.
Ms Gatti has an impressive and extensive track record of leadership within the Australian banking industry.
Ms Gatti joins Bank of Sydney after a career spanning 25 years at Westpac.
During this time, she has covered every role from teller to regional general manager, South Sydney. She also won one of Westpac’s highest awards, the ‘Alfred Davidson Award’. In her role as regional general manager, South Sydney, she lifted the performance of the team to be one of the highest performing businesses in NSW.
Her knowledge and experience combined with her passion to develop her people and team will allow Bank of Sydney to provide a VIP service to the bank’s customers.
Ms Gatti spent two years running the customer experience unit nationally within Westpac and believes strongly in putting customers first.
