Elektra Flaskas – Troaditis, 11, Grade Six.
Your greatest achievement and how you reached them?
I was one of ten finalists for the Little Big Shots competition, which is a competition run by ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) that requires us to write a film review. I wrote my film review on the kid’s movie, Valo. The prize was a three day film making course. During this time I made a short film with another finalist.
Goal for the future?
Although I enjoy film making, my goal is to become a graphic designer.
Best moment of your life?
The best moment of my life was when my brother Anatoli was born two years ago.
One word that describes you the best:
The word that best describes me is friendly.
Persons you most admire and why?
My friends at school- Veronica, Elenor, Binnie, and Tara because they are fun and like to play with me.
Most embarrassing moment?
When there was a big hole in the back of my leggings.
If I could say anything to the Greek community…
Make Greek school more interesting and fun so kids can be better educated and will enjoy going more.
Favourite place to go or hang out at?
My favourite place would have to be The Gelo Bar in East Brunswick. I love the mud cake ice-cream.

Favourite Greek food?
My favourite Greek food is Greek salad and roast lamb with potatoes. I also like international foods especially Japanese.

Make public transport free around Australia so people don’t drive their cars as much.
