Australian Indycar drivers Will Power and Ryan Briscoe have confirmed that they will both be starters in October’s Gold Coast V8 Supercar 600 on the streets of Surfers Paradise from October 21 to 23.
Both drivers are in contention to take out this year’s Indycar series with Power in second place behind Dario Franchitti and Briscoe in sixth position on the points table. Power will team up with Ford Performance Racing’s Mark Winterbottom and Briscoe will continues his long association with the Holden Racing team partnering either Garth Tander or James Courtney.
This year, a world-class field of 28 internationals will take to the track, with every Supercar, having an international driver partnering our regular Aussie drivers.
