UK popstar was taken to intensive care Thursday night to receive treatment for pneumonia.
Michael, who is receiving 24-hour care, was taken to a Vienna hospital in Austria, after he fell ill before his gig this week.
Rumours emerged from the hospital that Michael was also receiving treatment for a serious heart condition but his spokespeople said that it was “nonsense”.
The singer this week announced his Australian tour for 2012, so fingers are crossed for all the Australian fans who don’t want to see these shows cancelled.
