A bronze statue of Greek god Zeus has been sold for $225,000, an Australian auction house said.
The figurine, that was found in collection of bric-a-brac, was originally valued at $500 before it was discovered that the 25-inch-tall figure was a genuine Renaissance treasure.
Now deceased antique collector Denis Warrington-Fry is the owner of the figure and the monies will go to his beneficiaries.
