Jennifer Aniston has just splashed out $21m on her new Bel Air property, picking it up for steal considering the asking price was just under $25m.
The 8,500 square foot mansion may be just the spot for Jennifer to start nesting with rumours her and boyfriend Justin Theroux are expecting are going into overdrive. The house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as unobstructed city and ocean views.
All this and nestled in a gated community which is home to stars including Nicholas Cage, Hugh Hefner and Lauren Bacall.
