The Greek Orthodox Community of South Australia will celebrate International Women’s Day with special guest speakers at a luncheon.
Dr Maria Giannacopoulos, lecturer at Flinders University, will present a speech titled A Greek Australian response to the Greek debt crisis and MP Leesa Vlahos will address the topic ‘Women in Politics’. Mrs Dimitra Koukiaini-Koutsaini will be the presenter for the luncheon.
The International Women’s Day luncheon will take place at the Olympic Hall, 288 Franklin Street, Adelaide on Thursday 8 March. Entry is free.
