The 30th Greek Festival of Sydney proudly presents Zorba and the Cretan Glance: an evening with Nikos Kazantzakis: music, talks and readings.

The author of Zorba and The Last Temptation was inspired by his island’s turbulent history to develop his concept of the ‘Cretan Glance’.

Illustrated talks by Zdenko Zlatar and Alfred Vincent, readings by Christine Kanellakis, and music by the Cretan Folkloric Musical Group (Michael Platyrrahos, Con Platirahos and Manolis Karageorgiou). Presented by the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis (Sydney Branch).
