The students of AHEPA Greek school proudly participated in the march for Greek Independence Day last Sunday. The school also held a concert on Monday the for parents, family and friends who enjoyed plays reflecting on the themes of Greek Independence Day and Evangelismos.
Students John Pappas recited with pride his poem on the Krifa Scholeia and Elias Capouleas on the Elliniki Simea while Christos Rigopoulos very proudly and eloquently gave a speech on the meaning of the twin celebrations of the 25th March National Day.
The other students recited poems and sang songs to celebrate this important day of the fight for independence in 1821 and of course our religious occasion of the Evangelismos tis Theotokou.
