The cemetery church of the Resurrection of Saint Lazarus at Bunurong Memorial Park will be officially launched by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia.
The opening of the new church in South Dandenong, Victoria, will commence with a Divine Liturgy and memorial service for those who have passed away in Australia, to be conducted by Archbishop Stylianos. This is to be followed later on with the Agiasmos and opening of the church.
Buses will be available to travel free of charge to and from the cemetery by local parish churches.
To ensure seats on the buses, contact your parish priest by Saturday May 5 the latest. Buses will depart your local parish at 7:30 am and return at 2:00 pm.
