The Pan-Australian Justice for Cyprus Coordinating Committee (PASEKA) is inviting representatives of Greek community organisations, and all who wish to learn more about the latest developments affecting Cyprus to a briefing next week.

The High Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus, His Excellency Mr Yiannis Iacovou will be the main speaker and take part in a Q&A session. The Consul General of Greece to Melbourne, the Honourable Ms Eleni Lianidou will also be present and contribute to the discussion.

Organisers say the free event provides an opportunity for “a friendly discussion with the representatives of the Republic of Cyprus and the Hellenic Republic over a glass of the famous Cyprus wine donated by the Cyprus Community of Melbourne and Victoria”.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 3 May at 7:30 pm, at the premises of the Cyprus Community of Melbourne and Victoria, 495-497 Lygon Street, Brunswick.
