Greek actor Athinodoros Prousali passed away last Tuesday, aged 86 due to a heart attack.
Prousali was born in Istanbul in 1926, and moved to Greek with his family at a young age.
The actor studied at the Dramatic School of Athens Odeon. Since 1957, he has stared in more than 50 Greek films and has also appeared on television as well as in the theatre, including the Greek Art Theatre of Karolos Koun.
One of Prousali’s biggest roles, prompting international appeal, was the classic Greek film of 2003, Touch of Spice.
