A poetry reading was held last Saturday at Steps Gallery, Lygon Street, as part of the Greek Australian Cultural League’s 2012 Antipodean Palette Art Exhibition. Organised by Dimitris Troaditis, the event included poets such as Iakovos Garivaldis, Pixie Tranga, George Athanasiou and Dina Gerolymou but also heard from the students of Oakleigh Grammar. The aim of the reading was to combine the artistic expression of words with the artwork on display.
