The renowned Whiffenpoofs of Yale University are in Australia and performed for the St John’s Choir.
The children lapped up the show at the National Gallery, and even got to participate with a sing-a-long of “Let it shine”.
The Whiffenpoofs are a 14 person male choir that is the world oldest and best know college acapella group.
It was founded in 1909, and began as a senior quartet that met for weekly concerts at Mory’s Temple Bar, the famous Yale tavern.
Today, the group has become one of Yale’s most celebrated traditions giving the St John’s Choir much to look up to.
