This concert will take you on a journey of musical influences dating pre 1800s through to the modern era of the sounds of the 20th century. The eclectic program of traditional folkloric songs will be performed by Adelaide’s finest Byzantine Psalters accompanied by brilliant Instrumentalists: Mary Raptis (Violin) John Kourbelis (Santour) (Oud) Steve Papadopoulos (Guitar) Michael Papacharalambos (Clarinet) Con Dalas (Percussion).
Soloists from the Saint John of Damascus Choir include: Stephanos Kakoulis, Victoria Kakoulis, John Saredakis, Nick Zissopoulos, Michael Tyllis, Con Psaromatis, Panayiotis Ioannou, Nikos Dafillis, George Frazis. Other highlights include dance pieces performed by Saint Dimitrios Dance Group
