Fronditha Anesi has moved into their new premises.
The $18 million Anesi development will start to cater to 90 new residents and 30 from the Anesi base next door.
Some of the new residents heralded in their new home by playing their first game of bingo last Thursday.
Work will begin on renovating the existing Anesi building which will house a specific dementia ward for high care residents.
