The new screening program for July-December 2013 of the Greek Film Society of Sydney continues with screening of Michael Cacoyannis movie.
On Wednesday, 18 September, movie Our Last Spring (‘Ερόικα’); 1960, 90′ of a famous director will be screened.
The lives of a group of high school students in the Greek countryside are turned upside down when one of them is accidentally killed.
The film, based on Kosmas Politis’ 1937 novel Eroica, explores the painful passage from adolescence to adulthood.
The film was awarded with Best Direction Award at the 1st Thessaloniki Film Festival.
New subscriptions for 6 or 12 months screenings of Greek Film Society Sydney can be paid on screening nights. Membership is included.
