With more than 600 members and friends gathered at Stars International hall in Preston, the Panepirotic Union of Melbourne and Victoria, along with the Charity Union of Epirus ‘Dodona’, celebrated the established annual Pita Festival last Sunday, under the auspices of the Epirotic Federation of Oceania.
All profits from the celebration, which highlights the tradition and culture of Epirus, will be offered to the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria for their new building. PHOTO: Claire Gazis.
