Mr Bakes brings with him an impressive and extensive record of accomplishment of leadership in international trade, which will assist Bank of Sydney’s trade customers to expand their business locally and internationally.
Ashley Bakes joins the Bank’s team from the Citigroup, where he has spent the last 2 years establishing their trade business. Prior to this he worked at HSBC and spent a considerable part of his career with Westpac and 20 years in the Middle East doing successful trade deals.
