After the improvement of his health, His Eminence Archbishop Stylianos of Australia, returned to his duties, as he officiated the Vespers of Orthodoxy that was held last Sunday at the Church of St Nicholas, in Marrickville, Sydney. Archbishop Stylianos was assisted by Bishops and clergy of other Orthodox jurisdictions, and was accompanied by Bishop Irinej (Irineos) of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Bishop Seraphim of Apollonias. During the Inter-Orthodox Vespers of Orthodoxy, held on the evening of the Sunday of Orthodoxy, all Orthodox Christians of Sydney and district are given the opportunity to pray together and jointly declare their Orthodox Faith with a Procession of Icons around the Church. This year’s Vespers at St Nicholas Church was attended by numerous faithful.
