Yellow Brick Road, led by Mark Bouris and part owned by Macquarie Group, unveiled to its shareholders an organisational restructure, aiming at making the company profitable by 2015 and unveiling plans to grow to 300 branches.
Speaking to The Australian, Mark Bouris said his group would restructure into a non-bank holding company with four subsidiaries – its Yellow Brick Road operations and three potential acquisitions – reducing costs and increasing distribution.
For the half year to December 31 Yellow Brick Road posted a $3.6 million loss, an improvement of 4 per cent on the previous corresponding period.
