A young British couple were flung to their deaths after the buggy they were driving while on holiday in Santorini fell into a ravine. Milly and Toby Savill, both 25-year-old teachers, had been spending their Easter holiday on the island when they hired a motor buggy to visit the Profitis Ilias mountain.

Their day trip ended in tragedy when the vehicle fell 200 metres into the ravine. A worker at the agency that rented the buggy to the couple said that the driver had tried to turn the buggy around in the middle of the road but miscalculated when he put the buggy in reverse, thinking he had enough space.
