Suspected Cyprus serial killer Nicos Metaxas, 35, is alleged to have raped a 19-year-old girl who was lured by the suspect with the promise of modelling work.
The victim, a foreign woman, was raped early in 2017 in the suspect’s car. They met because he promised to give her the photographs he had shot. He is suspected to have filmed himself raping the victim on his mobile phone. It is alleged that the victim informed the suspect’s wife of the incident.

Meanwhile, police found a fifth body decomposing in a suitcase in the man-made lake near the shaft where the suspect dumped a number of bodies. The latest body is that of Elena Natalia Bunea, the eight-year-old daughter of Romanian woman Livia Florentina Bunea, 36.
Investigators have said that they have two written confessions from the suspect. He met his women online and has only confessed to killing seven, including two children. Most of his victims worked as housemaids on the island and disappeared between September 2016 and July to August 2018.
