Sydney-siders and Melburnians get another chance to watch three of the more popular movies shown recently at the recent Delphi Bank 26th Greek Film Festival.
Festival chair Nia Karteris said the additional screenings, held due to popular demand, were a last chance for Sydneysiders to see some of the most talked-about titles at this year’s festival that ended on 20 October, while in Melbourne Leonidas Vlahakis said that this year’s crowd surpassed expectations making the encore a necessity.

The additional screenings that will be held at the Palace Norton Street, in Leichardt, Sydney, will be:
Friday, 25 October, 7pm – The feel-good comedy Perimenontas Ti Nona;
Saturday, 26 October, 7.30pm – Perfect Strangers, which is adapted from an Italian box-office hit.
Sunday, 27 October, 5pm – In This Land Nobody Knew How To Cry, a documentary.

Additional screenings will also be held at the Palace Cinema Como, on:
Friday, 25 October, 7pm – Perfect Strangers
Saturday, 26 October, 7pm – the feel-good comedy Perimenontas Ti Nona;
Sunday, 27 October, 3.30pm and 6pm – Documentaries Maria By Callas, followed by In This Land Nobody Knew How to Cry
Meanwhile, the festival continues in Perth until 10 November and resumes in Canberra from 29 November to 1 December.
