After many delays, the Pankoaki Brotherhood held their annual general meeting on Sunday which came with a special surprise.
The Mayor of Kos joined the meeting via video and sent greetings to all Koans living in Melbourne and advised of his pending trip.
The club also shared historical video clips commemorating the unification of the Dodecanese with mainland Greece, bringing tears to those that were serving in the forces at that time.

Members were presented with the yearly financials and a committee was elected to carry the club through the following two years.
Members were able to catch up after almost 18 months isolation as a result of the coronavirus lockdown and once again share conversations and memories over refreshments.
