Dimitris Giannoulis is being called up from Norwich City to join Greece in the upcoming international break for two World Cup qualifiers and a friendly.
The 25-year-old Greek left-back has played for his country 11 times.
He joined the Canaries on loan from PAOK at the start of the year and is beginning to flourish as a Norwich City player after a slow start.
He will join Greece as they face Spain in Granada at 7.45 pm (UK Time) on Thursday, 25 March, on Greece’s National Day of Independence. He will then play with his country against Georgia at the stadium of PAOK Thessaloniki at 7.45 pm on 31 March in Group B.
Giannoulis is one of six Norwich City players who have been called to support the teams of their countries in less than 48 hours before Norwich City travel to Deepdale to Preston North End.
