The premier golf tournament for the Greek shipping community is set to be held on the first weekend of September at Costa Navarino in Messinia.
The participants to the seventh Greek Maritime Golf Event to be held 3-5 September are executives drawn from the leading shipping companies of Greece and Cyprus.
The players will have the chance to play on two signature 18-hole courses; Dunes and Bay Courses. They both take in views of the Messinia landscape and the historic Bay of Navarino.
Spectators at the tournament, whose signature sponsor is Motodynamics SA, will have a chance to take part in golf clinics to learn some of the rules and methods of the sport.

The awards ceremony will be presented by Euroleague player Joe Arlauckas and international model Ioanna Papadimitriou. Part of the event will be dedicated to raising funds for Karinaki a not-for-profit organisation which deals with issues relating to childhood and adolescent cancer to ensure they receive quality hospitalisation and effective treatment of their condition.
