Hellenic Post recently launched a special edition of four stamps under the title “LGBTQIA+ We support you” in support of gay communities in the country.
Hellenic Post (ELTA) unveiled the LGBTQIA+ (LGBTQIA Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Queer, Intersex and Asexual) themed block of collectible, self-adhesive stamps (worth €4.00 per block) last month. Each stamp is €1.00 each.
The stamps are available through Hellenic Post’s e-shop and through post offices across the country. They are available to residents outside Greece through Credit or Debit card payments or Paypal.

A 2018 report by ILGA-Europe ( the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association ) found that Greece had made the largest improvements in the position of LGTQIA people across 49 countries in Europe.
