The call is out for South Australians to submit their nominations within the nine categories of the 2021 Governor’s Multicultural Awards by 5pm on 8 October.
The awards which are held annually and administered by South Australia’s Department of the Premier and Cabinet through Multicultural Affairs will be presented by the state’s governor in 2022 on the advice of an independent judging panel.
The announcement of the winners of the awards will be announced early next year. The award categories for which the nominations are considered are for: Outstanding individual achievement; Arts and culture; Community sector; Media; Private sector; Public Sector; Senior Volunteer, Volunteer; and Youth.
