Monica Belucci, 56, looked flawless as she performed at the Herod Atticus Odeon (Irodion Theatre) on Tuesday.
The three-night show, titled “Maria Callas: Letters and Memories”, by Tim Volf was performed in French.
Ms Bellucci held a press conference for Greek journalists on Sunday where she expressed her initial hesitation before finally accepting the part when it was offered to her due to the fact that this would be her first experience of a theatre performance “so different from the cinema”.
She pulled off the performance wearing a sheer black dress which emphasised her elegance and beauty.
