In Victoria, people are enjoying more freedoms, however the Herald Sun reports that almost one Victorian child a week has been slapped with an $80 fine by police for not wearing a mask in public. The little-known mask fines mean that children aged from 10-14 pay $40 and $80 for teenagers aged from 15 to 18 years.

These fines were issued by police in public places where masks are mandatory.
