A beautiful Christmas “Breakfast” was prepared at the Fitzroy Gardens, for the wonderful teachers of the Greek Language Schools, on 12 December, to celebrate the end of a hard year.

The event was organised by the Greek Community of Melbourne in order to thank the educational staff of the Schools for their valuable contribution, for their patience and their wonderful cooperation throughout the school year.

Apart from the wonderful group of teachers, amongst those present were Bill Papastergiadis, president of the Greek community in Melbourne, and Theodore Markou and Nikos Dallas from the committee.

Maria Bakalidou, director of the Greek Language Schools expressed her heartfelt gratitude, praising the teachers’ commitment and positivity, as they always brought a smile to every Zoom lesson they had with their students.
