Greek authorities have revealed a shocking crime, involving four victims, that took place on Wednesday night local time.
According to local newspaper Peloponisos, two adults were found shot dead at their home in Andravida, a village in Ilia, southern Greece. Their children had been strangled.
The family’s eldest child, an 11-year-old boy reportedly came home to find the bodies of the 32-year-old father, the 37-year-old mother and their two children, aged 3 and 2.
The parents were found in a trailer in an outbuilding, the 3-year-old child was found on bed linen on the floor of the outbuilding, next to the trailer, while the 2-year-old was found inside the house.
Authorities do not exclude the possibility of the quadruple homicide having been committed by an outside perpetrator. Police are also looking for the woman’s ex-husband to assist them with their investigation.
