Athens Photo Festival 2022 is on view at the Benaki Museum for two more weeks until 24 July, presenting the works of more than 100 artists from 28 countries.

The Festival provides a critical context where the impact of photography and visual culture on society can be raised and discussed. The Main Program occupies all the exhibition spaces of the Museum, covering over 3,000 square meters.

Exploring a variety of cultural, social, and political perspectives, the exhibitions bring together projects from the entire spectrum of the photographic medium, ranging from fine art, conceptual, and documentary photography to other media, including video, performance, and installation.

The works shown at the Athens Photo Festival 2022 aim to create a dialogue between different thematic ideas and approaches from a traditional photography background to the most contemporary practices.
