Peter Zervas, 46, brother of Hell’s Angels bikie Anthony Zervas who was killed during a bikie brawl at Sydney airport’s domestic terminal in March 2009, was arrested last night in Sydney.

Zervas has been named as part of the group of three men who allegedly assaulted a 31-year-old in a Cranebrook home, leaving him with several lacerations, bruises and a suspected broken jaw.

NSW Police arrested Zervas alongside Sozo Loukis, 59, and John Matthew Weyman, 36, and took them to Penrith Police Station where they have since been charged with take and detain in company, occasion actual bodily harm and wound person with intent.

According to Nepean Police Area Command, officers were alerted at 11pm on Monday night to head to a home on Challenger Way following reports for a welfare concern through PolAir.

Police reportedly found and arrested the trio outside the home and arrested all three men before locating the 31-year-old victim suffering from serious injuries.

The alleged victim who had been detained at the property and physically assaulted for several hours prior to their arrival.

All three men were refused bail and were scheduled to face Penrith Local Court today 1 November.
