Kayla Itsines announced the birth of her second child on Instagram late on Sunday night.
The Greek Australian fitness instructor introduced a baby boy named Jax to her millions of followers with a candid photo and a heartfelt caption.
Itsines, 31, who is already mum to three-year-old daughter Arna Leia Pearce, who she shares with former partner of eight years Tobi Pearce, has welcomed a baby boy with fiancé Jae Woodroffe
Woodroffe and Itsines got engaged in July 2022 announcing they were expecting a week later.
The fitness queen shared even shared an intimate snap from the delivery room on her social media saying “Words absolutely cannot describe this feeling. We are SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW”.

“We went into hospital around 6:30am on the 5th of January. He was out in the world by 8:45am weighing 3.5kgs. The most amazing thing, as he was coming out, out of nowhere on a completely random playlist the hospital was playing, Jae’s dads funeral song started playing over the speakers. I heard Jae say at the same time ‘It’s a boy!!!!!’ I burst into tears, he burst into tears and we got to meet our baby BOY Jax Stokes Woodroffe.”
Itsines, who has been receiving hundreds of comments on Instagram following the news responded in the comments section revealing that her well-known psychic, Fotini Katsaneris, had predicted the couple would welcome a boy, writing: “You were RIGHT… again”.
