Australia and New Zealand will host the FIFA Women’s World Cup next month, in what should be a major boost to women’s football in both nations.

As hosts, Australia automatically qualified, however both Greece and Cyprus failed to qualify for the tournament.

FIFA also announced an additional 250,000 tickets will be available across all 64 games from Tuesday June 6.
