The Community of Cypriots of the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne recently celebrated 32 years at their annual ball on June 17.
The annual ball is held to acknowledge the community’s members for their effort year in and year out.
Described as a “fantastic night with lots of food, music, dancing and entertainment.”
Entertainment was provided by a seven-piece band, Cypriot Style Entertainment and DJ.
Present at the event were many leaders, both political and communal, including Deputy Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus Antonis Sammoutis, State Member for Thomastown Bronwyn Halfpenny MP, Mill Park MP Lily D’Ambrosio, Bishop Evmenios of Kerasountas, President of the Greek Community of Melbourne Bill Papastergiadis and President of the Cyprus Community Theo Theophanous.

The Community of Cypriots of the Northern Suburbs run Northern Cypriot Aged Care with two hostels, Grace of Mary and St. Andrew’s, in Epping and Ardeer.
