The management at Hellas Melbourne put all their eggs in the fiery Argentinian basket for another season by giving Esteban Quintas the keys to their locker room.

And who can blame them? With 41 wins in 52 league games and two consecutive grand finals under his belt, it’s clear that Quintas knows what he’s doing.

Joining forces with him is former club player Agim Sherifovski, who has returned to the Lakeside Stadium as assistant coach.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, as there were plenty of opinions and meetings floating around the “Blue and White” club. But in the end, they boldly chose to stick with Quintas, despite the naysayers and their constant pleas for a new coach.

Talk about a vote of confidence!
