In a nail-biting quarter-final showdown, South Melbourne Hellas emerged triumphant over Heidelberg United with a 2-1 score.

Despite a sneaky goal from Yokokawa in the 54th minute, the visitors quickly shut down their opponents and equalized with a brilliant strike from Brennan in the 67th minute. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any more thrilling, Nahuel Bonada swooped in with a last minute goal, securing the win for South Melbourne.

But the real test is yet to come as South Melbourne faces off against Hume City in the semi-final for a chance at the grand final of the cup.

Meanwhile, fans will be holding their breath for the match between Oakleigh Cannons and Melbourne Srbija to determine who will advance to the final round.
