The Greek Orthodox Community of NSW is set to host a seminar in Greek and English offering insights from experts in the area of financial advice.
The free event, organised by the GOC NSW Welfare Department, will be held at 6pm on Tuesday 1 October at the Greek Community Club in Lakemba.
It will be spearheaded by guest speakers James Bouzios and Peter Dickinson from the financial planning and retirement advisory firm, Retirewise.
The pair are well-versed in the area with Bouzios having 40 years of experience in financial services, including a decade as a financial planner and four decades as an accountant, and Dickinson boasting over eight years himself as a financial planner.
The duo will discuss numerous topics at the seminar, including: the role of a financial planner, understanding the financial planning process, retirement planning, superannuation, investing, risk management, aged care and estate planning.
