The much-loved Christmas Carols of the Holy Archdiocese of Australia, a cherished event running for over 40 years, will take place this Sunday, December 15, in the outdoor space of St John’s College in Preston.

The event begins at 6pm. and invites families, organisations, and the wider community to enjoy an evening of joy, spiritual upliftment, and the true spirit of Christmas.

Bringing together cultural and church organisations, the evening will feature traditional carols from various regions of Greece alongside contemporary Christmas songs.

This harmonious blend of heritage and modernity has cemented the event as a hallmark of the festive season for decades.

The celebration will be graced by Archbishop Makarios, Metropolitan Prodromos of Rethymno and Avlopotamos, and Metropolitan Myron of New Zealand, adding a special touch to the occasion.

St John’s College in Preston has long hosted this cherished event, with its expansive outdoor areas providing the perfect setting for the carols.
