The Modern Greek Teachers Association of Victoria (MGTAV), in collaboration with Little Anna, hosted a successful Professional Development (PD) Day last week at Oakleigh Grammar.
The event aimed to empower Greek language educators with innovative tools and strategies to connect the past with the future of language teaching.
Hosted at Oakleigh Grammar, the day featured hands-on workshops led by the Little Anna team, including Perry Papageorgiou, Ourania Papageorgiou, Niki Farfara, Katerina Poutahidou, and Christina Soumi. Teachers participated in a series of interactive sessions, rotating between workshops designed to provide practical resources and creative approaches for classroom application.
This PD Day built on the momentum of MGTAV’s earlier Immersion Day, continuing the association’s commitment to supporting educators through engaging and relevant professional development. The focus remained on enriching student engagement and encouraging educators to bring fresh ideas into their teaching practices.
