Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a missing Greek Australian teenage girl last seen in Sydney’s south-west.
Areti Lygdas, 15, was last seen on Brande Street in Belmore at around 10pm on Monday, May 19.
When she could not be found or contacted, officers from Campsie Police Area Command were notified and launched an investigation into her whereabouts.
Police and her family are concerned for Areti’s welfare due to her young age.
She is described as being approximately 165cm tall, of slim build, with long dyed red hair and hazel eyes. Areti may be wearing a yellow hoodie.
Authorities say she is known to frequent the Lakemba and Campsie areas.
