AGAPI Care has been recognised with an Enablement Award for the sixth consecutive year.
The organisation has been honoured with an award for “The Most Innovative Community Service Provider”, its sixth straight year receiving it, in another sign of praise for its work.
The Enablement Awards were created to celebrate and reward excellence, innovation and exemplary achievements in the disability care sector in Australasia.
In a statement sent to Neos Kosmos, AGAPI Care congratulated its employees for the honour, which was presented to them in a ceremony organised by Disability Update at Hawthorn Arts Centre.
“This recognition highlights our steadfast dedication to creating and executing innovative programs that significantly improve the quality of life for those they serve,” the statement said.
“AGAPI Care’s compassionate care and personalised services have created a nurturing environment where vulnerable people are able to reach their full potential.”
AGAPI Care noted that the award serves not just as recognition, but as a celebration of the core values the organisation represents.
“This award stands as a testament to our innovative approach to disability, which not only addresses the immediate needs of vulnerable individuals but also empowers them with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges independently,” the statement said.
“AGAPI Care firmly believes that every individual deserves the chance to lead a fulfilling and autonomous life, and this award acknowledges our success in making that belief a reality.”
