PRONIA is bringing back its All About Dads program, a four-week series designed to support fathers of young children, babies to four years.
The initiative kicks off on Wednesday, August 20, at the Clayton Community Centre and aims to provide an inclusive space where dads can share experiences, discuss the challenges of fatherhood, and learn strategies to support their wellbeing and family life.
Each 90-minute session will combine informal discussions, information sharing, and a 30-minute group personal training segment designed to boost physical health and reduce stress.
Topics covered throughout the program include:
– Navigating the ups and downs of fatherhood
– Building and maintaining a strong relationship with your partner
– Balancing work and family life
– Managing stress
– Improving emotional control
Sessions will be led by PRONIA counsellor Theodore Davoutis, who brings expertise in men’s health, relationships, and family dynamics.
The program runs every Wednesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at the Clayton Community Centre.
