The historic Doxa will be competing in the first tier of the State Leagues next year too. The Yarraville side managed to save their spot in the division after closing the season with a 1-0 win against Clifton Hill. Doxa finishes the campaign in 10th place on the ladder while Hill ended up 6th.

State League 1 – North-West Group

Westvale Olympic wrapped up their commitments for the year on a high note. The Greek-Australian outfit claimed a 2-0 victory over Brimbank Stallions, locking in 5th spot on the ladder as a result.

Panellenios closed out their season with a heavy away defeat to Upfield, going down 3-0. The side finished up 7th on the ladder.

State League 1 – South-East Group

The brilliant Bayside Argonauts have locked in their spot in the play-offs. The ‘Argonauts’ thumped Gippsland United 4-0 and are now gearing up for the massive clash against Banyule. The winner of that showdown will snag the promotion ticket to VPL2.

Now-crowned champions Malvern City closed out their year with an away defeat to Mornington, going down 2-1. The Greek Australian side had an unbelievable season, packed with massive wins and cracking performances. The club is living the dream, slowly prepping for next season and life in VPL2.

Aris finished their season in 5th spot on the ladder. For the final round of 2025, the ‘yellow-blacks’ played out a 1-1 draw against Brandon Park.

State League 2 – North-West Group

PAOK from Altona East have secured their spot in the promotion play-offs. They’ll face Skye United there in a match of huge importance for both clubs. In the final round of the regular season, PAOK drew 0-0 against Uni Hill Eagles.

Mill Park closed out their season in 7th place on the ladder. For the 22nd round, the ‘doves’ claimed an away win over Williamstown, edging it 0-1.

State League 2 – South-East Group

Chisholm United finished the 2025 season on a positive note. The Oakleigh side grabbed an away win over Doncaster Rovers, triumphing 2-4 and locking in 8th place on the ladder in the process.

Bentleigh United Cobras will be competing in the third tier of the State Leagues next year. The ‘yellow-blacks’ closed out a rotten year in the worst possible way—with a home defeat to Berwick City, going down 1-2.

State League 3 – South-East Group

The mighty Waverley Wanderers are the champions for the 2025 season! AEK closed out a dream year in the best possible fashion—with another win and a massive promotion party. The ‘yellow-blacks’ beat Ashburton 3-1, celebrating their success alongside the club’s loyal supporters. Now everyone in and around the historic club is prepping for the 2026 season, which will see them competing in the second tier of Victoria’s state leagues.

State League 4 – East Group

Olympiakos from East Kew finished the season bang in the middle of the ladder. For the 22nd round of the campaign, the ‘red-whites’ suffered a home defeat to Yarra Jets, going down 0-2.

State League 4 – North Group

Keon Park found themselves in 3rd spot on the ladder at the end of the 2025 season. For the final round, the double-headed eagle claimed an away win over Thornbury Athletic, triumphing 3-5.

West Preston went down 3-2 to Moonee Ponds United in the 22nd round of the 2025 season. The ‘greens’ closed out the campaign in 4th place on the ladder.

Apollon finished their season with a 4-2 win against Melbourne University. Darebin United ended up 8th on the ladder.
