Nathan Taylor was the victor after diving into cold waters in Frankston yesterday to be the recipient of the cross. The waters were blessed as part of the Greek Orthodox Theofania celebrations where a group of men jumped after the cross after it was thrown off Frankston Pier.
Theofania celebrations took part all over the world yesterday. Men would have braved cold conditions in Greece to jump after the cross, while Australia gets to celebrate in Summer.
